Austin had his first taste of rice cereal this week. It was a lot of fun to watch. He wasn't sure what to think about the spoon and texture of the cereal.

Snow day
Austin had his first day in the snow on Wednesday. Really I just bundled him up, sat him in the bouncy seat, took a picture and then came inside. We didn't exactly play in it. Hopefully next year it will snow and we can spend time playing in it.

Baptism
Austin was baptized on January 25 at IPC. It was a beautiful service. Our pastor Richie baptized him. Richie also officiated Forrest's Homecoming service. It was a beautiful picture of God's redeeming love. IPC is such a special place to us. We were married there, had our first son's funeral there, and now our second son's baptism. God has held us tight through the good times and bad.
