Austin's birthday

We celebrated Austin's 2nd birthday with family. He is VERY into trains (says "choo choo" all day long) so we had a train cake for his birthday and he received a train table and TONS of tracks and trains. We found a train table on Craigslist in my hometown (way to go mom) and a friend in Memphis gave us her sons old tracks and trains.  I mean tons of trains and tracks.  I kept some of them hidden because he didn't need all of them at once and I thought they could be fun to give throughout the year.  David's brother Ryan and wife Corinne were in town for his 15 year reunion so we loved having them join us for the birthday festivities.  Olivia and Jonathan were in town staying with David's parents so they along with my mom were present.  It was a perfect, low key party that he loved.

I could just eat little Miller up. He is the cutest, sweetest little thing. He is still a TERRIBLE eater but all the other moments of the day, he is just perfect. You wouldn't know it by his size that he is a bad eater. He is almost 15 pounds. I mean, are you kidding, 15 pounds. That is huge for a Spence.

Austin looks too old in his little tux. He is a ringbearer in my brother's wedding this weekend. I started crying when I put the tux on him. I can't believe my little guy is 2 and wearing a tux. Where does the time go?

Disney World

We headed to Disney World for one day and had the best time.  Seeing the joy in Austin's eyes was one of the greatest things.  He loved the rides and wanted to ride all of them (even the ones I thought he would think were scary).

Florida

Austin, Miller, and I headed to Florida for a week trip at my dad's.  I braved the flight by myself with 2 small children.  The boys were wonderful though and I couldn't have been prouder.  We had so much fun swimming, playing on their screened in porch, and just relaxing.  I even got a day completely to myself and took advantage by going to the beach alone (it was wonderful).

Eating breakfast outside every day.  It was so nice to not worry about bugs because of the screen.  It makes me want a screened in porch in our next house.

We had a great trip and really enjoyed our time down there.
