Austin had his first day of school yesterday. He started in a Mother's Day Out program at a church around the corner from our house. He is attending every Thursday. The teacher said he did great. I was a little surprised to hear that he did take a nap on the floor (on a nap mat) but he only slept for an hour (he needs much longer than that). She said he woke up ready to go. He was very happy when I picked him up but that was short lived. He became very fussy because of being over tired. He went down for another hour when we came home and his spirits were much higher after that. It was nice to have some time to run errands and clean the house without a little rugrat pulling at my pants =) It's hard to believe he's old enough to go to Mothers Day Out.
