give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow.

Maggie week 1

Some pictures from Maggie's first week:

Her first spongebath...she was not a fan.

My little helper.

My superhero who didn't want to help.IMG_8152
She was very content as soon as I wrapped her up in her duck wrap. IMG_8154 IMG_8155
Bright eyed after a feed. Good morning world.
The way I spent my New Years Eve...rocking my sweet baby girl at midnight. No where I would rather be this New Years Eve...rocking my newest blessing to sleep. #awonderful2012
Trying to get pictures of Uncle Toph before he left town. This is real life with 3 kids. IMG_8156 IMG_8162 IMG_8163
We did a little bribery and got Miller to cooperate.

All my loves in one place. Love this picture of my sweetheart holding our 3 little ones. IMG_8182 IMG_8185
My precious kiddos.  Such mixed feelings when I see this picture.  So much happiness for these 3 beautiful, healthy children but my heart hurts so badly knowing we are missing 1 of our children and will always miss 1 child.

Great photos, Brittany. I love the ones of Miller screaming. That middle child! I feel like they might be the ones that'll always need a little extra love and attention from us. Even though I don't know your kids well, I always think of Forrest too when I see pics of them all. Can't imagine the tension you will live in this side of heaven. Keeping you on your knees, and your realization that this ain't home a lot more in check, I am sure. Love to you all.
